Quality Control
 
Fabric Inspection: The first thing to do in mass production is to purchase the fabrics. For a perfect hat, the fabric needs to be correct in materials and color. They also needs to be eco-friendly, meeting the EU regulation and US standard.
Sewing Workmanship: The stitches of the hat must be clear and neat. The standard stitch is 3 points/cm. No broken stitches are allowed.
Logo Finishing: Logos are the most important element of a hat. For example, for embroidery logos, they must be done as detailed as possible. The size, color and position must be done as requested. By top embroidery machines like Barudan, the logo finishing will be excellent.
Shape and Fit: The shape and fit must be perfect. This could be ensured by ironing the hats by 8 seconds. A good hat must fit the head perfectly.
Final Quality Inspection: when the hats are finished, final inspection will be needed. This ensures every detail of the hat is correct and the workmanship is perfect

Q1. What are the most common used materials for baseball caps?
A: The baseball caps are made of a wide range of AZO free regulation materials such as cotton, polyester, polyamide, nylon, Taslon, acrylic, fleece, felt, etc. They all meet the international standard of environmental regulation and health requirements.
Q2. Are sample fees refundable for baseball caps?
A: Normally the sample fees are refundable when the order quantity is more than 3,000pcs per design.
Q3. What kinds of payment do you offer for baseball caps?
A: We accept different kinds of payment like Western Union, T/T, L/C, etc. Customers could choose one at convenience.
Q4. Do you accept customized designs for baseball caps?
A: Definitely. Any designs from customers are always welcome. The designs of all the details like top button, eyelets, sweatband, lining, panels, color, logo embroidery, etc are optional as required.
